10 months ago made some suggestions for improvement. Some of my suggestions we not valid as they were already in QB Online just did not access the feature the correct way. However still a number of suggestions are valid and feedback would be wonderful to know if these suggestions are being worked on or likely to be in a future version as evaluating if need to change systems.
"Purchase Order Number" should be a standard field and not require the creation of a Custom Field. All government departs I deal with require this as does all my corporate customers.
Should be able to create custom fields on customer record than you can then add to invoices/delivery notes. Would be a handy feature that would allow special notes relevant to only to that customer to be printed on invoices/delivery notes.
Should be also able to customise delivery notes same way as invoices. Don't like the limited options available and would allow invoices and delivery notes have consistent style layout.
Bit more technical, but would like to see customer numbers used rather than customer name as key identify of the customer. Have app for downloading and importing fields, but cannot alter customer name as this is the key field. Had one customer who changed name and had over 300 sub business we invoice who need 300 name changes. Luck for me this occurred while I was using MYOB but frightens me if this was to occur now.
I have forwarded them to the relevant team. Don't forget you can always do the same by submitting an in-product feedback so our team can hear your voice and better improve our product for you.
Have previously submitted that way, but would be good if I got some feedback too if these suggestions are likely to occur and when. Gets a little frustrating not knowing if the ideas are binned or being developed, would be useful to know so I can decide to stay with QB or move to a more feature rich system.
