Lost invoice functionality on this latest iOS update , worked a few days ago ???

QuickBooks system periodically exhibits strange behavior due to sync or latency issues. To isolate the problem, we can refresh the application. This is similar to clearing the cache from your web browser. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
  2. Navigate to the Help menu.
  3. Choose Reset App Data.
  4. Click on OK.
