It's nice to see you here, cvo1. Yes, it's possible to send an invoice via text message in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and I'll be happy to guide you on how.
In QBO, you can send an invoice via email, WhatsApp, or link. If you prefer sending them through text, simply copy and paste the link into a messaging medium.
To do that:
1. Go to Sales and select Invoices.
2. Locate the invoice you want to send and click Edit.
3. From the Save and Close dropdown, click Save and Share link.
4. Select the Copy Link. Then, paste it into a text message.
Furthermore, send your customers a reminder to notify them when their invoices are or will soon be overdue in QBO.

I tried that, but you dont get the drop down option unless the customer has an email address entered. So I put my own mil address in to get the link. Then i had to copy it into another program so i could access the link on my phone to send it as a text.
There must be a simpler way to do it. 50 % of our customers access all their online services with their phones
