Is QuickBooks app compatible with iPhone 14

I recently got a new phone, iPhone 14pro. All apps are working fine except QuickBooks. I keep getting the same message when logging in; 

“Couldn't sign in

This app is only for QuickBooks Online. If you use QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can redownload it from your app store purchase history.“ 

 

I’ve uninstalled app, shut down phone, reinstall app from the purchase menu.. none of it’s working. In the meantime I’m missing out on tracking my miles for work, Please help.

Please ensure you use the correct login credentials for the specific QuickBooks service you are trying to access. If you are attempting to log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you must use the credentials associated with your QuickBooks Online account. On the other hand, if you are looking to access your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, you need to use the credentials specifically tied to your QBSE account. These may differ from your QuickBooks Online credentials, as QuickBooks Self-Employed is a separate service with unique login information.

 

Since the QuickBooks Self-Employed app is no longer available in the app store, I recommend contacting our customer support team for further assistance. The discontinuation of the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, effective from March 24, 2024, means that it can no longer be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Choose a product, then enter a brief description of your concern.
  3. Click Continue.
