We have altered the standard message to customer when sending out the invoice but now need to view what was sent. Is there anywhere that emails are stored as there is nothing in the audit log. Just a record of the time and date it was sent.
QuickBooks has a feature that allows you to get a copy of the invoice you send to your customer, nicole139. I'll guide you through the process so you can review the message written on it in the future.
The option to directly review the invoice message you sent to your customer is currently unavailable. Moving forward, you can add your email information to the Cc/Bcc field to have a document of the said transaction, or you can configure your Account and settings to automatically send a copy for you.

Please note that if you send an invoice to a customer using QuickBooks Online and then change the message of the invoice and send it again, the customer will receive two separate emails, each with the respective version of the invoice attached. So, it's recommended to carefully review the invoice before sending it.
