My client file received bank feed (NAB) for yesterdays transactions but none have come through from 1 May till 4 May. Do we still have a problem?

When do we expect it to be resolved? should i download data for missing days or will it appear once issue get resolved?

Thank you for sharing this with us.

 

At the moment there is an outage for some customers using Direct Feeds with a number of banks.

 

Our banking engineer has identified the cause of this issue and is currently working with our direct feed provider to restore the missing transactions.

 

For latest up to the minute updates on how this is going, I would direct you to our status page - http://status.quickbooks.intuit.com.au/

 

Please do not add these missing transactions as they will come through once the issue has been resolved.

 

We apologise for this inconvenience and will be working on a resolution as soon as possible.
