To fix the incorrect dates, you can start by matching, categorizing, or adding the downloaded transactions in QuickBooks. Afterward, you can update the dates directly in the Bank Register to ensure accuracy.
However, if by "actual date" you mean the transaction dates shown in the bank register, this is not likely an issue. These typically represent the payment or receipt dates, while the dates of the bank's downloaded entries reflect the deposit dates. Therefore, there's really a difference.
