Hi there, Alex. You can easily set the Standard form style as the default in QuickBooks Online (QBO) via web, as this uses the invoice layout that displays Tax Invoice. This will be reflected in your future invoices and on the QuickBooks Application.
In the browser go to the Gear icon in the upper right corner and select Custom form styles. Look for any custom form style that is set as default, click the dropdown arrow next to it, and select Remove as Default. This will automatically revert to the Standard form style, which displays Tax Invoice on your invoices.
Alternatively, if you are using a custom form style, you can manually customise the invoice title to Tax Invoice directly via your browser and set it as default.
