When trying to access 'Payroll' from my Quickbooks Online toolbar, I am getting the following error:
quickbooks.yourpayroll.com.au's server IP address could not be found.
I have never had this error before and have no idea how to resolve it.
I have also restarted my computer, the Quickbooks Program and also tried to access from a separate computer and still get the same thing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I also have this issue. I called our accountants and they said it is affecting many users. No time frame on when it will be fixed. Very frustrating.
Hi SP-1,
Thanks for posting in the Community.
The issue you have encountered when accessing the payroll tab in QBO has been reported as an ongoing issue with the investigation number INV-113514. Our Product Engineers are working with our payroll partner to get it fixed as soon as possible.
While we don't have an exact turn around time for a fix, I highly suggest contacting our Customer Care Team so they can add your company details to the list of affected users. Once you're added, we can immediately notify you once the issue has been fixed.
To contact support:
1. Click on the Help (?) icon in QBO
2. Click on Assistant or Search.
3. Select a knowledge base or click on Contact Us.
4. Click on Continue and choose Start a chat or Call Us.
Thanks for your understanding and patience while we look into this. Let me know in the comment section if you have any follow-up questions or concerns. You take care always.
