Can i journal an amount fom one supplier account to another?

Certainly, that is possible, 66plainst.

You can create a journal entry to transfer an amount from one supplier to another. By doing this, QuickBooks Online will automatically update the balances of the two vendor profiles.

Keep in mind that the process can affect your financial statements. Therefore, I encourage consulting with your accountant or bookkeeper to ensure that everything is recorded accurately. When you're ready, here's how to enter the transaction:

  1. Click the + New button.
  2. Choose Journal entry.
  3. On the first line, select the account the funds are coming from.
  4. Enter the amount in the Debits column.
  5. Pick a vendor from the Name drop-down.
  6. On the next line, select the other account you're moving funds to.
  7. Under Credits, type the same amount.
  8. Choose a vendor, then add a memo as needed.
  9. Hit Save and close.
