Last time I was in the app. the data was visible but now I can’t find it at all.
Hello there, Luke. I've got a couple of troubleshooting steps to help you rectify this missing mileage data concern in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
Let's start by filtering out the dates of your mileage data to review if it's properly recorded. Follow these steps to proceed:
If you can't see the trips after correcting the filter, you can use your mobile web browser to access your QBO account. From there, select the correct tax year and make sure to go to the All tab.
If the trips are still not showing, you can use the audit log feature from your mobile browser to see if someone made changes and what they did inside your account.
However, if the trips showed up in your mobile browser, you can proceed to refresh your app data by following this article depending on your mobile device: See your latest data in the QBO app.
Additionally, you can visit this article in case you encounter problems tracking your work trips in your company: Fix mileage tracking issues in the QBO mobile app.
I'll be right here to continue helping if you have any other concerns or questions about managing your mileage trips in the QBO mobile app. I'm always around to help you. Keep safe.
