Before anything else, we're taking this opportunity to thank you for allowing us to help you with your query. Please know we see the importance of having the profit and loss insights shown in the Dashboard tab on the left navigational bar inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you're using the Accountant View or Business View, please be aware that you'll need to go to the Business Overview section to see all the insights and happenings inside your company, especially the Profit and Loss. We'll write down the steps to get you through this:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the left navigational bar, go to the Dashboards tab.
- Select the Business overview section in between Get things done and Cash flow.
