Side Bar Menu

Hi 

It appears QB have updated their side bar menu so it minimises when not hovering over it.

How can you pin it or set it so it is always showing like it used to?  Driving me crazy!

Side Bar Menu

Thanks for posting in the Community! At the moment, we don't have an option to pin after you click the main menu (example Get paid & pay). Furthermore, you can customise the navigation menu to feature the options you use most.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Next to BOOKMARKS, select the pencil icon ✎.
  2. Select which pages you want to appear under Bookmarks.
  3. To reorder your bookmarks, select reorder and drag them to your desired order.
  4. Select Save.

 

Also, you can switch your view from Business to Accountant view on your QuickBooks settings.

 

  1. Select Settings ⚙.
  2. Select Switch to Business view or Switch to Accountant view.
