Stand alone app, now not opening a 'new window'. It does, but closes the current ones. Also, when computer asleep for lunch break, it loses connection and needs restart?

Can these be fixed ?

We currently have an on-going issue with opening a new tab in QuickBooks app for both Mac and Window. Rest assured that our product engineers are all hands in working for a fix. 

 

In the meantime, I'd suggest accessing your company via a supported browser to continue your work with QuickBooks. Here are the supported browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome.
  • Mozilla Firefox.
  • Internet Explorer.
  • Safari.

Also, to ensure you're in the loop about the resolution status, I recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team. They have to collect personal data to add your company to the list of affected users and provide this number for easy tracking: INV-31308.
