There are a few app errors. App closing out; App not responding;

The app is closing out while I’m in it still working;
The app starts with a frozen, non-responsive screen, then looks like it’s going to what I tapped but restores to Home Screen.

There are a few app errors. App closing out; App not responding;

QuickBooks can be poorly configured due to locally stored internet cache files, which can contribute to the software's unusual behavior. Since your QuickBooks app is not responding and crashes when you use it, we can perform basic mobile troubleshooting to help you sort this out. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Change the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
  2. Close and restart the app.
  3. Now, clear your app data. To do this, go to your device Settings, click Apps, select QuickBooks App, open Storage, then Clear Data.
  4. Power down and restart your device.

 
If the issue persists after clearing the data and rebooting the device, you can u
ninstall and reinstall the app.

 

Additionally, you can consider logging in to your QuickBooks Online account through a web browser for you to be able to proceed with what you've worked on.

 

For future reference, you can customise your invoices to leave a professional impression on your clients and customers. You can also mark them as paid using the QuickBooks Online mobile app.
