Where has the Advanced Search gone so you can search for a statement number?

Thank you for posting this concern, @jhattingh

QuickBooks made various modifications to enhance your experience and improve user-friendliness. Here are ways to access these features in the new interface.

  1. Click on the Magnifying glass icon at the top right corner.
  2. Select "Go to transaction search" at the bottom left.
  3.  On the upper part corner, select Go to Classic Advanced search.

After opening the Classic Advanced Search, select the word Statement in the first box, then choose the Statement number in the box below. Fill out the required information and click the Search button.

If you can't find this option after following the steps, please access your QuickBooks account using alternative browsers or a private window to avoid browser-related problems. Below are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the private browsing session works, clear the browser's cache so the system can restart. This task is also possible in other supported, up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will reboot the system and clear the stocked cache and cookies causing the issues.
