Mileage tracking is part of the QBSE subscription, Aliyah.
Another account might have been created when you downloaded the mobile app. To check if this is the case, I suggest contacting the QBSE support to check your account.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
- On the upper right, select Help menu.
- Click Contact us.
- Fill in Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong), then select Search.
- If you still need additional assistance, select Contact us.
