Why does my app keep freezing?

Hello pearcetania3-gma,

Let me help you fix the issue encountered with using the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

To isolate this, let's reset it. This process plays the same role as clearing the cache from your web browser. Please refer to the steps below.

1. Go to the Apple Store or Google Play.
2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
3. Then, tap Update.


After performing the steps mentioned, we can also clear the app's data of the application to refresh it and remove errors that might be causing the issues you're having. Perform the following:

For Android:

1. Select Menu at the top left corner and choose Settings.
2. Then select Refresh Data.
3. To confirm, tap Yes.

For iOS:

1. Go to Menu and click Help & Feedback.
2. Select the Refresh Data.
3. Press Refresh to confirm.
 

Once done, restart your device and reopen your QBO mobile app to double-check. 

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app to fix the problem.
