Why is the phone app unable to load all of my data?

I can not load all of my QuickBooks data on the app. This has been for about 1 week.

Why is the phone app unable to load all of my data?

Hi cmleins,

 

There's been a reported product investigation with QuickBooks Online Mobile App for iOS recently and affected customers account like categories is not showing up in the app. 

 

To resolve this let's refresh the app data in your mobile app and uninstall and re-install the app.

 

For Android devices, please perform these steps:

1. From your phone's settings, go to Apps. The option varies by device.
2. Select the QuickBooks app from the list.
3. Click Storage and then hit Clear Data.

For iOS devices, follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the menu at the top right corner of your device.
2. Choose Help & Feedback.
3. Select Refresh Data.
4. Click Refresh.

 

If the issue is the same, I recommend uninstalling and re-install the app to refresh the version.

 

In the meantime, I suggest using a web browser when accessing your QBO account.
