Why won’t my credit card transaction show up in the transaction section

Welcome to the Community, ryandunncarpentr.

 

Let us check and manually refresh your bank account in the QuickBooks Self Employed account to isolate the situation. Here's how:

 

If you're logging in using a web browser:

 

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. Click on Bank accounts.
  3. Click on the Refresh all button.
  4. Check if the transactions are showing up this time. 

 

We'd also recommend signing in to your bank's website too and checking for messages, prompts, or notifications that need your attention.

 

If the transactions still not showing, try to edit the date filter to all in the Transactions tab. 

 

  1. Click on the Transactions tab.
  2. Under the Type drop-down menu, choose All.
  3. Click the Select drop-down menu, then choose All.
  4. Set the Date to All.

 

If the behavior persists, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps like signing in using a new incognito window or in private browsing and or other supported browsers
