Workzone app not working

The workzone app on Android phones is not working since the last update. Is there a way to fix this we have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it did not work .

Hello Simbi,

 

Appreciate you doing some troubleshooting steps with the Workzone app to isolate the behavior encountered. Let's also check the employee's access making sure the employee has been granted access. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Employees tab.
  2. Click on Payroll Settings.
  3. Click on Employee Portal Settings, and select the Access tab.
  4. Check the employee affected and see if it showed Access Granted.

Also, I'd recommend checking each employee's details through the employee list and removing and adding the employee's email. You can check this link here to learn more about the employee portal and work zone access.

Thank you, issue is not isolated to one employee from what I can see its all Android users that definitely have access.

All Apple users are fine
