How can I show the annual salary of an employee on the payslip?

Annual Salary on Payslip

Hello sunny mastax,

 

If you've assigned the annual salary as one of the pay categories for the employee, you can tick the box for Show in pay run in the pay rates section to show the categories on the pay slips.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Payroll tab.
  2. Under the employee list select the employee you wanted to show the annual salary on the pay slip.
  3. Click on Pay rates.
  4. Locate annual pay category, and tick box for Show in pay run.
  5. Click on Save.

 

Once you process the pay run the pay category will show automatically and will be printed on the pay slips. On the pay slips it will also show the year-to-date figure paid to the specific employee.
