Hi pc7-

The new release of the app with the fix for the Employees tab accessibility should be released. Could you first try updating your app, then accessing the Employees tab. You can do this by opening the app, Select 'QuickBooks' [Mac] or 'Help' [Windows], check for updates, and then update your app to the newest version.

If you're still not getting in, try the Beta App, depending on your device there are download links below:

Reply here if you're still unsuccessful and we can go from there.

Hi pc7-

Aha, thanks for sending that along, in that case, since we've tried everything; this is likely to be related to a previously reported accessibility issue and we need to add you to our existing investigation/create a case so we can follow up when we have a solution. It's currently with the engineers and we hope to have a fix to the app rolled out as soon as possible. You can reach us at 1800 046 038; or you can get a callback by following the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us, and give us a short description of your concern.
  4. Select Let’s talk.
  5. Select your preferred way to connect.
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

In the meantime you are still able to access the Employees tab on the Chrome browser. Can you try logging in on Chrome and accessing the Employees tab from there?

Keep me posted.
