Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

There's no reported incident with unable to see the BAS period in QuickBooks Online. To isolate the situation let's check your To do and History tab in the GST Center to verify the missing BAS period.

 

Under your To do tab there is a To Lodge section, check if the BAS period July-Sept 2021 is showing. Also, if you've enabled the PAYG Withholding you'll have to lodge your IAS first, and then the BAS period should show up after for you to lodge.

 

Then, beside the To do tab, you can click on the History tab. From there you'll see all previous BAS period you've lodged in QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for getting back to me.

Neither is showing up in to do or history.

And I have lodged with the ATO. Need to match the payment, this is where I have realised the report is not there to view.

The last report in both to do and history is the April to July 21

This time, let’s access your QBO company through a private or incognito window. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Make sure to use the correct login credentials. 

 

Kindly use either of the following shortcut keys:
 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Then, resubscribe your account. If it works, let’s clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps the browser to function efficiently. You can also use other compatible browsers if private browsing doesn’t work.
