Thanks for posting in the Community! The amounts showing on ATO are based on the lodged pay run. You can check your pay runs for this financial year to confirm if they were all lodged. Here's how:
If it is not lodged, you can open the pay run and select Lodge Pay Run with ATO. Alternatively, you can also run Single Touch Payroll report to check the status of the pay event lodged with the ATO.
