Firstly, let's check to make sure all the employee details have been entered correctly and with the correct format like DOB, address and so on. If you are typing the address in manually, instead try selecting from the matches the system provides in the dropdown when first typing in the address, or enter a different address if you are unable to find a match; you can change this in the Employee details once they are saved.
Secondly, eliminate any possible browser issues. Ensure you are using Chrome for the best experience with QuickBooks Online, and clear your browser's cache:
- Hold down Ctrl+Shift+Delete and a pop-up will appear on your screen
- Select the option 'clear cached images' and make sure the other two options are unticked
- Select the time range All Time, then Clear Browsing Data
- Once this is complete, the pop-up will disappear. Please restart your browser and log in once more
