How can I create and approve timesheet manually for my employees?

Creating and Approving Timesheets in Payroll


1.      Click Manage Employees drop down
2.      Select Create Timesheets
3.      Select your employee (drop down box). 
4.      Adjust to week (or fortnight) for which the timesheets are to be entered. 
5.      Select whether you want to see timesheet costs or not.
6.      Select employee's work type.
7.      Choose start and end times for shift and breaks if applicable
8.      The "Duration" field will confirm how many hours have been entered on behalf of the employee after start, finish and breaks are entered
10.  Choose from the list of locations that have been preselected for the employee.
11.  Click Save.
12.   If the user has 'Approve Timesheets' permission, the 'Save' button will have an additional option to 'Save and approve' by clicking the arrow to the right of the button.


Note: If you do not have the option to save and approve then go to manage employees and approve timesheet and select the once you want and click approve timesheets.
