As long as the CRM or third-party application is supported in QuickBooks Online, you can integrate the app into your QuickBooks Online file. You can check the supported application through the Intuit App center: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home, and then search the app name and click on Get app now to sync in your QuickBooks Online account.
