Does anyone use a CRM add on with Quickbooks Online? Want the CRM to work well with QB, allow scheduling of client appointments and file sharing capabilities.

Need to allocate clients by categories, calendar and scheduling for repeat work, timesheets for staff. Want to me able to give staff different access to internal accounts, invoicing, files etc.

Welcome to the Community!

As long as the CRM or third-party application is supported in QuickBooks Online, you can integrate the app into your QuickBooks Online file. You can check the supported application through the Intuit App center: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home, and then search the app name and click on Get app now to sync in your QuickBooks Online account.

Furthermore, if you need help how to add users with different access type you can add the user under Manage Users of your QuickBooks Online account. You can check out this article for more information on how to Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online.
