In order to proactively reinforce the security of the connection between QuickBooks Online and KeyPay we have upgraded the integration that allows interaction between an application and QuickBooks Online. If you have more than one payroll user you may receive a pop-up message when entering the Employees tab. This pop-up will request that you “change admin” to allow KeyPay to view and update your QuickBooks Online data.
To access QuickBooks Online Payroll powered by KeyPay you will need to select the “change admin” button within the pop-up. This will grant you access to the Employees tab.
By selecting “change admin” you can be confident that you are not making any changes to who owns the admin rights to QuickBooks Payroll powered by KeyPay.
