Hi dbplumbingbm,
When it comes to leave loading added on to leave taken it would be first to take a closer look at the leave categories settings if you find it is calculating incorrectly. To check you annual leave's leave loading please use the below steps:
To check leave loading follow these steps:
If the overall leave category looks fine it would be then best to check the employee you are processing the annual leave for to check if they have their own personal Leave Loading % attached, which can be done via the steps below:
Checking the leave loading set for individual employees
It would also be best that if you are adding leave taken that includes leave loading to try selecting the Recalculate option within the green Actions button within each employee's pay run details, back in the pay run. In some cases when you are making changes to the pay run and have clicked save selecting recalculate can help bring figures back to the correct display.
If after checking and trying this you are still seeing the negative number please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly support team by clicking here.
Thanks,
-Steven
