How can I update my leave loading to 20% for my employee?

Leave loading can be adjusted on 2 levels:

1. Company level where the adjusted leave loading would apply to all Employees, and
2. Employee level where the adjusted leave loading would apply to that one particular Employee only.

To adjust the leave loading rate for all employees, you will need to edit the loading rate in the Pay Category:

1. From the Employees section, click on Payroll Settings
2. Click on Leave Categories
3. Select the Leave Category that you want to adjust the loading rate for
4. Adjust the rate value to 20%, then click on the green Save button
5. This leave category will now reflect the updated leave loading rate when entered in a new pay run.

To adjust the leave loading for an individual employee, you can go to Employees Detail:

1 Click Employees tab.
2 Click Employee Name
3 Click Leave Allowances
4 Apply the following Leave Allowances Template: No Leave Allowance Template
5 Find the leave you wish to adjust the Leave Loading. On the Leave Loading box enter 20%.
6 Scroll down at the bottom, click Save.

Note: These changes will only apply to any pay runs that are created after the date of the change, and will not automatically apply to previous pay runs
