How do i allocate staff to new client files?

Hi aabookkeeping123, 

 

This can be done via the Team section. 

 

  • Select Team in the left hand menu 
  • Choose the team member you need to update 
  • Navigate to Client List Access and tick the clients they will need access to
  • Save
