Are you referring to when the employees are applying for leave specifically the system being able to warn them if other employees have applied for leave during the same time in WorkZone?
I just need a little more information please.

Thanks for replying Kristian. Yes, that is what I mean. If the staff member applies for annual leave, at the moment, it does not warn them or show dates that someone else has already been approved.

I think I am a bit confused. We use Quickbooks online for accounting and payroll and our staff use Work Zone to lodge their time sheets & request leave. The notes you referred me to (thank you so much), seems to refer to an Employee Self Service Portal - which we have never used before. Is there a way to enable employees to view on Work Zone?

Yes, there’s a way for your employees to view in Workzone. The app allows a full access or a restricted access user.
To accomplish this task, the employees’ have to download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Once done, configure and grant a user employee portal access to their profile. The following article contains instructions on how to manage the workers’ access: Employee Portal.

Thank you so much for helping me.... Can I ask then, if we want a staff member to be able to see all leave on their calendar on Work Zone, do they need to be a restricted user or a full user? At the moment, we do not have them as "users" at all, although they use Work Zone. I am so sorry I am this confused.... lol.

You can manage the employee's access depending on the permissions allowed. You may use either of the two access when applying, cancelling or viewing leave.
The leave screen will show employees leave balances as well as current leave requests. If a current leave request is selected it will show further detail including:

Hi, did you manage to get the calendar to show on the workzone app? We are also using this app but like you say when employees request holiday it doesn't warn or show them if anyone else has got the same days booked off.
