How do I enter a job title in payroll ?

Simply access the employee, on the left hand side under Pay Run Settings, click on Pay Run Defaults, scroll down to the field Job Title and enter it in here. Save and you're done!

Yes, you can follow the steps provided by AMA22 to help enter a job title in QuickBooks Online Payroll. 

 

  1. Click on the Payroll tab.
  2. Click on the Employee list.
  3. Select the Employee whose details you wish to update.
  4. Click on Pay Run Defaults.
  5. Locate Job title field and enter details.
  6. Click on Save.

That's it! You've now edited the job title for an employee in the payroll file.
