How do I set Keypay so it calculates the award rate? I have tried annual and and hourly rates but payroll is either over or under the award rate.

Welcome to Quickbooks Community. 

To set Keypay for your desired award in the list of available awards, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Employees tab.
2. Click the Payroll Settings button.
3. Under Pay Conditions, choose Manage Awards.
4. On the Find an Award search box, search for your desired Award name.
5. If the Award Status is shown as Unavailable, click the Express Interest button.
6. This will change the button from Express Interest to Interest Registered.
