How do I view all outstanding timesheets without having to work through every week or fortnight?

I’m happy to see you in the Online Community, tdewe.

The option to automatically view pending timesheets is unavailable at this time. Alternatively, you can run the Timesheets Report and manually change the schedule to Week ending/Fortnight.

Here’s how to pull it up:

  1. Go to the Employees menu on the left panel to select the Reports tab.

  2. Choose Timesheets Report and then click on it to enter the date range, location pay schedule, employee, etc.

  3. Once done, tap the Run Report menu or export it to Excel to keep a record of all pending time.

I’m also adding a link with detailed information to help improve your business, manage finances, cash flow, invoicing, taxes and more: QuickBooks Resource Centre.

Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. I’m here anytime to help. Have a good one.

How do I view all outstanding timesheets without having to work through every week or fortnight?

Hi,

My comment specifically says that I am after a solution that doesn't require working through eaach week or fortnight?

I know how to do what you have suggested. But it is time consuming.

Hence why I want to access all outstanding timesheets easily regardless of dates.

Thanks for getting back, @tdewe.

I just want to inform that my colleague has already updated her answer regarding the specific timesheet you need.

If you have follow-ups regarding your timesheets, please feel free to comment back on this thread. I'll be around to help.
