How do you process a lump sum for reportable super in the payroll ?

Hi cklbookk,

 

Thank you for your message.

 

In terms of processing lump sums for super, you are able to do this within the pay run.

 

First create or open the pay run in question, then select the employee you wish to process the super payment for.

 

Click on the green Actions button and select Adjust Super.

 

From there you will be able to put in a dollar figure of how much you would like to pay this employee in super, as well as the type of Super by selecting the drop down box underneath Super Adjustments.

 

Once you're finished, you may select Save and this will update the entire pay run with the newly added lump sum.
