How to change the pay schedule frequency to quarterly

Hi 

I wanted to know how to change the pay schedules frequency to quarterly as it only shows the weekly, fortnightly and monthly frequency under pay schedules. Even by clicking the add button it can't give option to change the frequency to quarterly. Attaching a screen shot for clarification.

How to change the pay schedule frequency to quarterly

Hi sana94,

 

Thank you for posting in the Community. Let me share with you some information on pay schedule.

 

As of the moment, we can't add or change the pay schedule frequency to quarterly. However, you can create a monthly pay schedule so you can create a pay run monthly but with zero amount on the first two months of the quarter and then enter the figures on the last month of the quarter or you can it when the quarterly pay run is due.

 

Here's how you can add a monthly pay schedule:

 

  1. Go to Employees.
  2. On Payroll Settings select Pay Schedules. 
  3. Enter Name of that pay schedule.
  4. On Frequency drop-down menu select Monthly.
  5. Select Save.
