How to connect my old Keypay data to my new QuickbBooks Online subscription?

In this case, you would need to contact QuickBooks Online support and to confirm the following details to make it possible.


1) You as a Requester or user should be added as full access user to both account.

2) Create an authorisation email for Intuit to start the transfer or merge process

Details in the email should state the -

  1. a) Name of the user or requester
  2. b) Company name and ABN of subscription
  3. c) Company ID of both subscriptions - old and new

3) Contact support to start the process for you.
