Here are the steps to get history of changes on employee’s records.
- Click Employees tab.
- Go to Reports.
- Click Employees details audit report.
- Select date range and other relevant filters such as employee name, location and etc.
Any system or business related audit trails, including but not limited to subscription changes and pay run deletion anything done within the system by a user, requires a payroll expert.
Please note that the audit trails are significant so it is important to narrow down what exactly is required. Important details such as dates, names, parties involved and exactly what's being look for are very important to ensure a quick response.
