Hi sales184,
When you create your pay run and look at the employee earnings section, do you see a line for the Salary Sacrifice deduction there? If it is showing, then you should make sure that the drop down menu to the right of the Salary Sacrifice category is set to the Super fund and not to Manual Payment, as this can prevent the super amount from being recorded correctly. If it is not showing, then it may have something to do with the Pay Run Inclusions for the employee. If you open up the employee settings for the employee that you want to record the Salary Sacrifice for and go to the Pay Run Inclusions section on the left, is it showing set up as a Deduction category with the specified amount? If you click on that deduction, you should be able to check if there is a start date assigned to the deduction or not - it may not be scheduled to start appearing until a certain date, but bear in mind that this date is the date of the pay period for the pay run, and not the date that the pay run is created.
If you've been through all of those steps and are still unable to get the Salary Sacrifice amount to show up correctly, I'd recommend to give us a call on 1800 046 038 to check the settings in more detail over the phone, or if you would like a call-back from a representative or to talk to us via Messaging, follow the steps below:
