The reason you are unable to unlock your pay run is that the system may have automatically generated and submitted a document to the ATO due to your Automated Pay Runs setup.
To check and unlock your pay run, I recommend contacting our live support team. They have specialized tools to thoroughly investigate the issue and can assist you in unlocking it effectively. If necessary, they can also provide screensharing assistance with your permission to address your concerns in detail.
Here's how to reach them:
- Go to Help and click the Search tab.
- In the search field, type in contact support.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Select between the methods to connect with our support.
- Follow the on-screen steps based on your choice.
