We're sad to see you go, but I'd like to share the steps and specifics for unsubscribing from your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.
You can go through the Gear icon and then Account and Settings to unsubscribe your account. To guide you further, here's how you can do it:
- Sign in to your QBO account as an admin user.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings.
- Select Billing & subscription.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Follow the onscreen steps to proceed.
