Let's check your browser's settings making sure you've turned off third-party cookies to allow the Employees tab to connect successfully in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:
For Google Chrome:
- Select the 3 vertical dots in the top right hand corner
- Select Settings then Advance
- Under Privacy and Security select Content Settings
- Select Cookies and turn off Block third-party cookies
For Safari:
- Select the Gear Icon in the top right hand corner
- Select Preferences then Privacy
- Next, to Block Cookies tick Never
Once done, close your browser and log back in to your QuickBooks Online account and create a new pay run once more.
