There isn't any reported incident with unable to upload payroll ABA files for Bank of Queensland. To isolate the unexpected behavior encountered, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps. To start with, use a new incognito window or a different supported browser. Using an incognito window does not store any data file.
here's how:
Then, log in again to your payroll file and generate a new ABA file and upload them in to your online banking website. If that resolved the issue, let's clear cache on your default browser.
If the issue persists, I recommend checking in with our Customer Care Team. That way, they can raise this to our payroll partner to verify what is causing the issue.
Post again in the Community if you have further payroll concerns. I am around to help you.

There is an ongoing investigation into this about unable to upload ABA file for payroll due to an error "Invalid file format of the payment file". Rest assured, our team is working on this investigation.
While we can't provide exact dates for a fix, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can include your QBO file to the list of affected users and send you an email once a fix has been deployed.
