We are aware of the situation and our team is currently investigating the root cause of the issue. However, internal testing has shown that accepting the ownership switch does not affect payroll data in any way, so it is safe to click on Switch Admin.
However, if you have further concerns, feel free to contact our Customer Success team from within the product:
- In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
- On the Search tab, click an article and select Contact us at the bottom. Then, enter the details of your concern.
- Choose how you would like to connect with them: either via Callback or Chat.
