Currently we don't have any known outages with the payroll system and checking my test file mine loads normally also. The problem may be attributed to a browser issue which is blocking the third-party payroll software from displaying correctly.
I would encourage you to follow the steps for browser troubleshooting by clicking here. After going through these steps which include trying a different web browser but still are unable to load the Employees tab, please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly support team by clicking here.
