keypay and Quickbooks integration

I am having issue to integrate keypad with quick books. chart of account in payroll setting is not mapped to payroll journal. I clicked on the primary accounts- default account- wages expense account- there is a drop down list with 2 options: recommended accounts and other accounts, however there is no response regardless with whichever the option i click.
does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Thanks

keypay and Quickbooks integration

Hi scrtz,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

Once you finalise your pay run, payroll journals will be automatically exported in QuickBooks Online. It will be posted on the accounts you've set on your Chart of Accounts under Payroll Settings. You'll need to ensure that you have assigned a default account on each category. For you to be able to select an account for Wages Expense category, let's do some browser troubleshooting.

Let's access your QuickBooks Online account using private browser to see if we get the same result. A private browser does not store any activities, which is why it's a good idea to use it for any unexpected behavior in the program.

Here are keyboard shortcuts you can use depending on the browser you're using:

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to select an account under Wages Expense, then go back to your default browser and clear your browser’s cache. It is a good idea to clear cache, to remove the temporary internet files and to help the application function properly. Please consider using different browser too.

Let me know if that works well on your end, scrtz. Have a nice day!
