On the list of payruns the words "scheduled monthly" appears instead of the employees name. How do I change back to the employees name? Thanks Clive

Hi cawjacko-ozemail,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

Are you referring in the Pay Runs tab where it showed scheduled monthly instead of the employee name? If so, the Pay Runs tab in payroll dashboard will show the list of pay runs created. The pay runs tab will show the pay period, pay date and pay schedule. Try clicking the pay period and it will show the the employee names that are associated to the pay run.

 

You are able to filter the pay run view based on:

 

  • Pay runs: The filter options available here are:
    Unfinalised
    Finalised
    Incomplete actions or errors
    Pending approval
    Declined
     
  • Pay schedules: You can select from any pay schedule that is active within the business
