Pay Run - popup error

Hi Geraldine16,

Let's perform some basic trouble shooting steps to isolate the error you've encountered when importing timesheets.

Have you tried using a new incognito window? If not, I'd recommend doing that too. The incognito window does not save browsing history. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Then, access your payroll account and attempt to import the timesheet. If it went through fine, you may want to clear your browser's cache.

Another area to check is make sure the user trying to import the timesheet is a master admin, or an added authorised user in the payroll account.

Furthermore, we'd recommend running a Time Activities by Employee Detail and Unbilled time report to see if there are timesheet entries for the period you're trying to import. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Reports tab.
  2. On the search box enter Time Activities by Employee Detail or Unbilled Time.
  3. Click on the report name.
  4. Select a Time Activity Date range.
  5. Click on Run report.

In the mean time as a work around, you can manually create the timesheets from the Employees tab, click on Manage Employees and click on Create Timesheets.

If the issue remains we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for them to check your account together.
